Footprints in the Snow

This 16x20in is inspired by the bold, graphic shapes and moody northern palettes of the Group of Seven. It captures a serene snowy landscape of the French River (Ontario, Canada) featuring a warm, glowing cabin tucked among dark evergreen pines. A trail of footprints leads across the blue-tinted snow, inviting the viewer into the peaceful, secluded scene. The striking contrast between the cool winter shadows and the golden light pouring from the cabin windows brings an incredible sense of warmth and coziness to the print format.
